We understand that having plumbing or heating work carried out may be a daunting prospect that throws up many questions. We have tried to answer some of the more common questions below.

What areas do you cover?
We cover the York area out to Haxby, Stamford Bridge, Elvington, Rufforth and Stockton on the forest. We are happy to undertake jobs in the surrounding area within a 15 mile radius of York City centre.
How often should I get my boiler serviced?
We would recommend boilers be serviced annually to maintain efficiency.
I have bought my own parts, can you fit them?
Yes we can fit new parts supplied by the customer but cannot guarantee the parts.
Will you work alongside other tradesmen I currently have on site?
We are happy to work with (and frequently do) work with other trades men. We have our own contacts for plastering, tiling, joinery, building, electrics etc who we are happy to recommend.
Do you get rid of old parts and waste materials when installing new products?
When we supply and fit new parts, or install new products supplied by us, we will happily get rid of the old materials.
Do I need to take time off work while the work is being carried out?
We are very trusted trades men and are often left with a key to properties that we are working at, so no need to take time off work if prior arrangements are made.
Are your plumbers and engineers qualified?
All our engineers are apprenticed trained and Gas Safe registered.
